Can I make a return/exchange?
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can find the best solution.

When can I expect my item?
I generally ship items out within a week after the order is received, unless otherwise stated. Once the carrier is in possession of the item, I cannot control unforeseen delays. While this does not happen often, I appreciate your patience when it does as I work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only offer shipping in the United States. If you are interested in shipping an item elsewhere, please contact me so I can personally calculate shipping costs and currency conversion fees for you but I cannot guarantee that I can accommodate this request.

Do you accept commissions?
My commissions are currently closed for 2026. If I decide to open them back up I will announce via socials and my mailing list.
